Prospus, the bi-national development company founded in 2008, announced today that it will welcome Neeraj Mahant as its new Business Manager in its India-based delivery center. Mahant is an enthusiastic, hands-on leader with a 20-year reputation for driving results. Mahant brings a diverse breadth of experience to the job, having extensive experience in the BPO industry, in addition to exposure to western clients and practices.
“Mahant is sharp and action-oriented, and will be a great fit for our team in Noida,” said Marc Ragsdale, President and Founder of Prospus. “We’re all looking forward to his winning attitude and his ability to continue to delight our customers”. Mahant has a strong history of impact across operations. He began his career in a Delhi-based BPO, starting as a caller. He was recognized for his hard work and dedication and rose to the level of BD Manger at American MNC ELI Industries. Despite continued great opportunities there, he decided to leave and pursue a career with Prospus.
“Prospus is exciting because they build amazing tools and products,” said Mahant. “With the business growing double every year, I will be able to alleviate the burden of running the Noida operation so that Marc [Ragsdale] can focus on meeting with important clients, attending trade shows, and pitching our products and services.” Mahant will start on April 1, 2014 and is expected to take over the entire Indian operation.
