VesselWise—Beta Testing the App
Co-founders Brandon and Marc Put VesselWise to the Test

Prospus, a Portland, Oregon–based software development company is building the VesselWise platform using its proprietary development tools. With progress toward completion well underway, VesselWise co-founders Brandon and Marc are now in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, testing the app ahead of its beta launch.
As the chief product advisor of VesselWise, Captain Brandon has been working closely with the Prospus team on fine-tuning the app. Now that he’s in Fort Lauderdale, he will also put the app through a closed-group test, interacting with surveyors and builders to get their direct feedback on its overall user experience. “Besides their feedback on the features the app provides, it also allows us to get to know our end users’ needs, which further helps us in making a solid product to address their challenges,” said Brandon.
Marc and Brandon also met with industry leaders and received positive feedback about the VesselWise concept. “Our idea with VesselWise is to change and improve the way service professionals in the marine industry currently work. We aim to do that by bringing mobility and collaboration to an industry largely neglected by modern technology,” company president Marc explained. “We plan to launch VesselWise in beta around September this year.”
