The Client: Emirates Nuclear Energy Commission

The mission of the Emirates Nuclear Energy Commission is to deliver safe, clean, efficient and reliable nuclear energy to the UAE grid by developing the human resources and nucleaer sector capability. ENEC operates in a way to ensure alignment with the UAE energy strategy.

The Challenge

In dealing with nuclear energy, ENEC is challenged of educating an already-skeptical public about the real costs, benefits, and considerations of this energy source. Faced with an audience with incompete and often incorrect information, ENEC aims to disseminate valuable information in an easily-digestible, non-technical format. Traditional websites are often difficult to navigate and the content too technical to understand.

The Solution

Under the architectural direction of Prospus VP Engineering Vinay Aggarwal, we built a customer service portal on Chordiant CRM that centralized data from all sources, offering customers and support agents alike a simplified engagement process, and giving USAA the ability to offer custom-tailored banking, insurance and investment proposals in real-time.
