Prospus Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (https://prospus.com/) seeking a Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital marketing efforts for our SaaS solutions. At this level, you will handle strategic tasks that align with broader organisational goals, tackle complex problems, and manage significant projects. You will be expected to work independently while utilising advanced technical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across various digital channels. Analyse and report on lead quality and campaign success, making adjustments as needed. 
  • Lead Management: Qualify and distribute leads to the sales team. Maintain accurate lead records and provide support for follow-up processes.
  • Omnichannel Marketing: Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, content, and online ads. Ensure cohesive messaging and follow established marketing guidelines.
  • SEO Management: Implement and refine SEO strategies to drive organic traffic. Conduct keyword research and optimise website content, while monitoring performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • PPC and Google Ads: Manage and optimise PPC campaigns to ensure effectiveness. Oversee ad performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the development of content for digital platforms, adhering to content strategies and ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaign alignment with company goals and assess campaign performance.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track KPIs and prepare detailed reports on digital marketing activities. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to support marketing strategies and stay updated on industry trends. Use insights to refine marketing approaches.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing strategies and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while providing support to junior team members.
Experience

4-8 years of digital marketing experience, specifically within the SaaS industry.
