This contractor was very engaged in our project from the beginning. This was supposed to be a 30-60 day project. It become a six month project. This was due to several reasons, but we worked through the issues together. Prospus understood the budget we worked together to satisfy each others needs with our project. I would add that Prospus has gone above and beyond the scope of the project both in man hours which were considerable with the fortitude to hand off a great product which is obviously important to everyone. The communication was constant and their desire to please has been commendable. They have put countless hours into our job and have given us their word to make us a great site with the right platform that will perform well into the future. The project was delayed considerably, but this had more to due with the fact that only one programmer can work on the project at a time and some changes on our end. The cause and effect of one change to what it does to the whole project also delays a project. They have some things to still finish up for us, but I am confident that they will do that for us as promised.He and his team are very hard workers and I would recommend them again. I think that it is imperative for buyers to fully understand what they can expect to get out of a site, how long it takes to make it just right and the ability to adjust a budget in order to make both parties happy with their working relationship. This process is a real give and take process and Marc and his team are very accommodating.
